About the event

Explore the rolling landscape of Panorama Natural Burial through restorative and creative practices that will leave you feeling more connected to yourself, the natural world, and others. We will meet at the barn, gather in an opening circle and practice a gentle meditation. From there we will then head out with our journals to explore the season around and within us through words and drawing. You do not need to be an artist or a writer to participate! All materials will be provided, but folks are welcome to bring their own journals or favorite drawing and writing tools.

Bring a water bottle, wear comfortable, sturdy shoes, and a towel or mat to sit on. We will be outside the entire time so dress for the weather. And feel free to bring a bag lunch if you'd like to stick around and eat afterwards!

We will be walking a short distance along grass and dirt. Space is limited to 12 and registration is required.

Amber Ellis is the founder of Find Your Nature, whose mission is to hold authentic restorative spaces for people to powerfully care for themselves, others, and the natural world. She does this most commonly through bringing small groups of people together in the natural world where they engage in practices that help them center and explore their creative side. She is a Professional Landscape Architect in Virginia and holds a certificate in Ecotherapy. Visit www.find-your-nature.com to learn more.

This event is free and open to adults and mature teens. In the event of rain, we will stay under cover in the barn. Updates will be provided over email.

The intention is for this to be a recurrent event, so if you miss this one, not to worry, there will likely be another!
