A Gentle Solstice Yoga Immersion

Join nonprofit yoga organization Mindful Mountain Cville Yoga for this gentle yoga immersion curated especially for you on this official first day of summer. Led by yoga instructor John Kortmulder, you will be guided through a yogic practice inviting you to deepen into the subtle spaces that reside within you. Everyone is welcome, no yoga experience required but seasoned yogis welcome! Stay tuned for updates over the coming week. We hope to see you there.

This event will take place in the burial ground, weather permitting, so please plan appropriately. If you are able, please plan to bring a blanket and/or yoga mat. There will be some provided by the instructor as well if you are unable to bring your own. For those who prefer it, there will be chairs available. Additional details will follow by email once you've RSVP'ed. In the event of extreme heat, humidity, or rain, the event will be moved under cover to the barn.

This event is free and open to the public. Adults and mature teens welcome.
